Sometimes iPallet may not work the way you want it too or maybe your having a few problems figuring them out.

Loading the app.
This part is simple, just click our icon
Placing an order
Here you have two options, "Create New Pallet" or "Open Existing Pallet". they both do what they say on the tin, but if this is your first time using the app "Create New Pallet" is for you.
Create New Pallet
Right, Your In!, the first part is your consignments dimensions, Simply enter your height, width, lengh and weight. Click Next To Continue.
The next step is where your'll enter your collection details, all fields are required except for the address line 2, Click Next
Next up is delivery details, again all fields are required except for the address line 2, Click Next
Your Quote
Here all your information will be displayed. Collection postcode, delivery postcode and your quote, If you click configure timing you can choose different delivery methods.
You can also click "Save quote for later"
This will save your quote in "Open Existing Pallet".
3 Payment Options
Now you have three options. "Pay Via PayPal" "Add To Account" and "Call the Office"
Pay Via Paypal - If you select this option a new screen will pop up, here your'll have to enter a your contact name, number and any delivery instructions. Then click "Proceed With Order" this will take you to a final confirmation page with a PayPal button at the bottom, wait a few seconds to be connected with PayPal then login to your existing paypal account.
Once payment is confimed you will be shown an order ID and have the options to print/email your order page.
Add To Account - This option is for our credit account holders (to start a credit acount please scroll down to the FAQ's) on this page you will enter your account name, number. contact name, number and any aditional instructions. Then click "Add Order To Account" this will take you to a final confirmation page with a "Confirm And Place Order" button at the bottom, wait a few seconds to be connected with our server.
Once the account is confimed you will be shown an order ID and have the options to print/email your order page.
Call The Office - This option is to pay via cred/debit card over the phone, on this page you will enter your contact name, number and any aditional instructions. Then click "Proceed With Order" this will take you to a final confirmation page with a "Confirm And Call Office" button at the bottom, wait a few seconds to be connected with our server.
Once the order is confimed you will be shown an order ID and have a "call Office" button, click this and you will be able to get in contact with us, ask for the iPallet department. You will alos have the options to print/email your order page.
Open Existing Pallet
In this option there will be any in-complete or saved quotes, you can click into each consignment, click next through each page, changing and/or checking each part of the information. From here you can follow the steps from "Your Quote" above.
View Processed Orders
If you click into this option you can see all your previously ordered consignments, you will have the options to print and email these items
Settings
My Data
switch the toggle to on and iPallet will save all you account/contact information
Reset iPallet
This button will reset iPallet to its defult settings
FAQ's
Can my order be traced?
Yes. Simply call the office on 01376 585910 and quote your order ID
Are there any hidden charges?
No. What you see is what you get, there are only extra charges if you require extra services but your price will be automatically updated for you to view.
What does the final price include?
The final price includes the delivery/collection fee and the current Vat and fuel surchage rates.
